Physical description: Daniel often wears expensive suits and ties, to show off his wealth. He has neat black hair and light blue eyes. Daniel is reasonably muscular, but not overtly packed with biceps. On the job, he looks quite different. He wears urban camouflage, body armor, and has compartments on his vest for ammunition, melee weapons, explosives, and medical supplies. Daniel usually has both sidearms and automatic weapons on him, though he obviously doesn't have all of them at once. He also wears a dark gray mask with blue lenses to mask his eyes.

Personality: Daniel is very ruthless and cold-blooded. He will use any means to achieve his goals, and is very single-minded in this respect. He has little to no regard for human life, and will often employ brutal methods to reach success. In addition to these "less than pleasant" traits, Daniel has strong instincts which help him out in tough situations. Having been in many situations, he knows how to play his cards right in order to achieve success. His savvy and street smarts often help him out when he is in a tough situation. He knows how to talk to people with a different purpose for each person. For each person, his way of speech is different. For some, he persuades. For others, he intimidates.

Daniel is also very organized, a characteristic you can expect from a criminal such as himself. He is extremely proud, and his arrogance leads him to believe that he is superior to others. This arrogance can be used against him, if one knows how. Daniel respects strength, and shuns weakness as a disease. He will go to great lengths in order to prove his superiority to others. Daniel does not tolerate failure, and will often reprimand himself or others when things do not go according to plan.

Powers/Skills/Abilities:
Hand-to-hand combat (advanced): Daniel is a highly skilled combatant, with many years of experience on him. His fighting style is a lethal blend of multiple arts that he has mastered over the years.

Marksmanship: Daniel is very proficient with firearms and projectile weapons, and can fire or throw them with great accuracy.

Peak physicality: Daniel has trained his body to be as strong as possible, and endured a relentless regimen to allow himself to reach a high level of physical conditioning; this includes reflexes, durability, strength, endurance, agility, and speed.

Special Forces Training: Daniel, being an ex - spec ops operative, has picked up some highly dangerous skills. He is skilled in ambush techniques, medical treatment, and attack coordination.

Instinct, Savvy and Street Smarts: Daniel has a great instinct when it comes to battle, most of his attacks being reflex action rather than carefully thought-out courses of action. Daniel is also very savvy when it comes to deals, encounters, and meetings. He has a lot of street smarts, knowing what to say and when to say it.

Explosives Expertise: Daniel can set, defuse, or prime explosives with efficiency and accuracy.

Mortality: Daniel can be maimed by conventional weaponry and such. He is highly trained, but still a human.
Pride: Daniel's pride can make him overlook threats until they are right up in his face.

History: Daniel was born to two mobsters in the city of Blüdhaven. Garret and Pearl Silvius were extremely skilled in their line of work, and Daniel was raised with high expectations. His parents were abusive, and Daniel grew up resenting his childhood and his household. He had psychopathic tendencies even at a young age, seriously injuring his peers when they offended him without showing any regret. 

Daniel, growing up in one of the most dangerous cities on Earth, learned combat skills growing up. He was originally self-taught in brutal street fighting, with no holds barred. However, he sought more specialized training so that he could hold his own more effectively against the crime-ridden streets of Blüdhaven. Daniel went to a dojo, pretending to be a victim of bullying and torture at the hands of teen gangs. The dojo master taught him multiple defense techniques and disciplines, allowing Daniel to attain a level of confidence that he had not had before.

He was exceptionally skilled in martial arts, and learned to fend for himself with projectiles and melee weapons as well. In Blüdhaven, kids carrying around weapons was actually a common thing to see. Daniel grew up learning other skills required of him, such as urban navigation, survival skills, and street smarts. He sought refuge from his abusive parents, and eventually killed them both by setting a fire that consumed his home.

Daniel then ran away from home with a few personal belongings and money. He was still fifteen at the time, and very dangerous. Daniel then targeted everyone from his past, including teachers and peers. He became a serial killer known as the "Blüdhaven's Shadow." Daniel used his skills to effectively kill everyone who had known him personally. He blamed all of them for destroying his childhood, and he always left a trademark spray-painted snake next to his victims. Blüdhaven's Shadow's mission had been fulfilled.

Daniel at age seventeen joined the army, using falsified records to enroll. He needed to make a living somehow, now that his mission was complete. He became an expert in his field, especially in the effective use of ambush and unconventional techniques. Daniel was promoted to lieutenant, and was a valued intelligence analyst in the United States special forces. His skills proved invaluable again and again, against nigh impossible odds. However, Daniel willingly sacrificed several soldiers during one mission to maximize financial benefits, thereby costing him his job due to dishonorable discharge.

Daniel returned to Blüdhaven at age twenty-two and waged a series of wars against other criminals in order to gain power. He sought to use his power to generate enough capital to make him rich and feared. Daniel's prodigious skill allowed him to overcome others with brutal efficiency, but he was still not mentally satisfied. At age twenty-seven, Daniel decided to go elsewhere with his gifts. He traveled to Gotham and worked as an enforcer in Black Mask's gang for a while, then met Zoey Lynn Marie. The two of them became allies, and Daniel worked with her from time to time.

Daniel then went to Metropolis, using his amassed fortune to become a black market racketeer in the city's criminal underworld. He oversaw the shipment of weapons and illegal goods, and obtained a lot of wealth through these practices. He continues to help out the Royals and other allies when needed, but Daniel remains mainly a solo act for now. He has assumed the guise of Predator, a criminal with practically no known historical records to indicate he has had a past.
