Ahh central city, the home of the scarlett speedster "The Flash" and his sidekick Kid Flash. This is where Bart Allen truly belonged. This was his natural running ground. The problem was that he was in the wrong Era! Bart had been sent back in time when he got struck by the lightning bolt that gave him his powers he was also thrust out of his own time period and into the 21st century. After doing some research into the past, Bart found out that his grandpa Barry Allen was the current Flash and that his cousin Wally West was the current Kid Flash. The justice league had not yet been formed eather. He was in the way early days. His father hadn't even been born yet. That made things difficult and a bit Lonesome because he couldn't go visit his family. Bart decided that instead of moping, Bart decided to be proactive. Using his "Impulse" Persona and his super speed to make sure he wouldn't be seen, he spent most of the day stopping crimes before they even began. While running he spotted something that made him stop in his tracks. He saw a poster for one of Zatanna Zatara's famous magic shows. After pulling the poster down, Bart pulled out a small red journal from his hoodie pocket and began flipping through it. This book was his Time Catalog. He had to keep track of when things happened and who they happened to to avoid giving spoilers. After a second of searching he found that Zatanna was still in her early days and had not yet joined the Justice League because it had not yet been formed. Bart stuck his book back in his coat and took off running at super speed, the world moving in slow motion around him.
"This is gonna be so crash! I can't wait to meet her back before she was old and wrinkly!
While he was running, Bart spotted a flower stand and quickly scooped up a big bouquet of roses leaving the money on the counter mid-run. He then drew a yellow lightning bolt on the small card and wrote "Look for the flash of red" on the back. Almost to his destination he saw the woman herself heading to her show. Bart decided to slow down just enough that Zatanna could see the red streak that he left. He then picked up speed again until he got to the restaurant where She was performing. Bart then quickly sped into Zatanna's dressing room, left the flowers and then went and got seated. When the waiter came to get his order,Bart ordered four medium rare steaks and a pepsi and then just sat back and waited for Zatanna to arrive. When his food arrived Bart quickly devoured one of the steaks and began working on the other two. He couldn't wait for the show to star. It was gonna be magical.

Zatanna sat in her hotel room in Central City. Tonight was going to be magical, and Zatanna could feel it. The woman made her way in to the bathroom and started up the shower. The bathroom filled with steam and the woman let go of her bathrobe and got in to the shower. The music from the radio was blaring her magic music mix. The song playing was 'Magic" by bob. "I got the magic in me." The woman stepped out of the shower and walked up to the mirror and wrapped a towl around her body and danced to the music as she got ready for the shower.
Her hair was curled nicely, and her magic suit was nice and pressed waiting for the warmth of her body. As she opened the door of the bathroom the main room filled with steam and goose bumps ran along the woman's skin. "I break all the rules like Evil Caneivl." Soon the girl slipped in to her costume and placed her hat on her head, than she grabbed her wand. The magician walked down the stairs and out the fount door and got in to the awaiting car and headed to the show.
Zatanna put in her Magic Music CD and turned on the Next song, this song was Do You Believe in Magic. The ride though Central City was amazing, She was glad that she could be back in the town of her great friend Berry, and of course Wally. "We'll go dancing and then you'll see that the magics in me" Soon she saw a red bolt and her eyes widen and she was getting excited. That was the color of the Flash. As the car arrived she headed to the back where her dressing room was.
Opening the door she looked at the flowers and smiled. walking up she picked them up and looked at the name card. "Look for the flash of red" Zatanna's mind went to Berry and she wasnt really sure what to think. Berry and her were good friends but he never got her flowers. "Zatara, your on in three" The woman nodded and placed down the flowers and headed to the back of the stage. Soon the last song started playing, this time it was Oh, its magic, by Selena Gomez.
The stage lit up to the Zatanna Zatara name plate with all of her equipment laying down every where. soon the music cut out and zatanna walked out and up to the crowd. "Welcome one and all. I am Zatanna Zatara."

Bart grinned as Zatanna walked out on stage. She was a total babe! As she stepped on stage, Bart stuck two fingers in his mouth and whistled loud and cheered. He then put on his sunglasses and put up his hood to hide his face. After he looked the magical babe over a few more times he decided to stand up, run up to the front of the crowd. He then winked at Zatanna and gave her a two fingered solute and then zoomed out of the building leaving a red streak behind him. Knowing he would have plenty of time before her show was over, Bart decided to run and buy his magical babe a massive box of assorted chocolate, rare white roses and a brand new deck of Tarot cards. Once he had the Tarot cards. He opened them up, took a marker and a blank tarot card sized card and drew his lightning bolt on it. This lightning bolt was different from the one he had given her earlier. This lightning bolt was inside of an hourglass with the name Impulse under it. That was his little hint to her that he was from the future. He then sped back into the building she was in, right passed her into her dressing room dropping off the new gifts, making sure the lightning bolt hourglass card was in plain view for her to see. Once that was done, Impulse decided to run around the city some more, stopping a few purse snatchings, a bank robbery and then just to fill time as well as his stomach he stopped at the local bakery buying a big batch of fresh rolls. Looking at his watch he decided to go back to the show.
Bart skidded to a stop outside the door and walked inside at normal speed and sat down keeping his glasses and hood on. As he watched her show, he tapped a little beat with his fingers on the table. Bart hated sitting still. It was totally not crash. Once the show was nearing it's end, Bart ran back to Zatanna's dressing room again and sat in a chair waiting for the beauty that was the mistress of magic to appear.
"Man is she gonna be surprised to meet me! This will be so crash! I wonder if i could get a kiss? If not I could always steal one. Not like she could catch me.
As Bart sat and waited he tapped out a fast beat with his hands. Man sometimes having super speed sucked. He just held his batch of rolls in his hand and began to eat them quickly barley chewing them. Time moved so slowly for Bart it was maddening sometimes. Though he knew today would be different. It would be magical to say the least.

Zatanna walked out on stage and boy did she look fine. "Welcome to the Zatanna Zatara Show!" She was then whistled at and she turned a shade of red. She then bowed and tipped her hat. As did so birds flew from her hat. She then looked up and saw a boy in front of her he winked and gave her a salute and she was curious about the boy now and hoped she would get a chance to find out about it. the show went on and Zatanna performed a lot of stage magic. The crowd always went wild. She made things come and go and even made them float. Yet every good show comes to an end. As she bowed for the end roses flooded the stage and she smiled. "Thank you everyone your the best. Sleep well Central City." She picked up some of the roses and headed back to her dressing room.
The raven haired woman walked in to her dressing room and looked up at the boy. "Your not Flash. Not that I'm disappointed. Im going to go out on a limb and say you brought me the flowers. They were nice." The woman blushed and smiled at him. "I'm Zatanna Zatara." She then looked over at the counter and saw the tarotcards, roses, and chocolate. "You got these for me?" Zatanna was shocked. Sure she got flowers a lot but it was rare someone actually got her cards and chocolate. Zatanna looked at him. "Alright who are you?" Zatanna looked at the card, The woman was not as dull as others could be, and the card that had his lighting bold and hourglass basicly spelled it out. "Your Flash, and your in the wrong time. Well darling you came to the right magician."

Bart grinned a big cocky grin and pulled down his hood and took off his glasses. He then sped up to Zatanna and looked her over from every angle and whistled again. She was FINE! Bart just listened as the beautiful mistress of magic pieced together who he was, with a tiny mistake at the end. He just nodded when she asked if he had gotten her all the awesome stuff. He then ran up to her again and looked her over once more, paying special attention to her legs. He then kissed her cheek and sped to the chair and sat and laughed.
You are correct on all but one count you mystically magical babe. I am from the future, 31st century born and bread. I am not the Flash though. I am called Impulse! The totally crash speedster of the future! I am a relative of the flash, and the kid flash, and the first flash. Not allowed to tell ya how though, not yet anyways, spoilers ya know? Anyway, I don't wanna go back to the future I'm on a super important mission. I have been running around in the past..or the present since 2004 stopping crimes and being well lets face it, pretty awesome. I was in the neighborhood and I thought i would meet you...again..for the first time.
Bart grinned a smooth grinned and pulled out his red time journal and quickly flipped through the pages and just nodded to himself. He then shut the book and held it up for Zatanna to see. It didn't have a title on it but it was a very valuable book indeed. Being from the future, Bart had to make sure not too tell people certain things at the wrong time. If he messed up it could be disastrous. He smiled at Zatanna with a grin.
Ya see, I was a normally slow kid back in my time. One day though during a storm while i was running home, I got struck by lightning. When I woke up I was in the year 2004, my memory gone except for the names of the three Flashes and I had super speed. This was back when i was 15. I ran around the world stealing to survive for a year until my memory came back. Now I run around doing the hero business. I saw a poster for your show while running about in my..the Flashes home town and I thought i would introduce myself, and maybe take you out to dinner. Sorry I didn't stick around for the whole show, I don't like standing still, everything kinda moves in slow motion for me. Though, I think i finally found a person worth slowing down for."
Bart then winked at Zatanna and sped up to her with his cocky grin that oozed confidence. He then kissed the top of her hand.
"Trust me Zatanna, you go out with me and I'll be sweeping you off your feet before you can even blink. I just have one rule Darlin, You can't tell the Flash family who I am and where I come from. If you do, I might not be born. My parents haven't even been born yet. Though, I will give ya one bit of info about myself to instill trust. My last names Allen.
Bart smiled and zoomed off to her desk where he sat the tarot cards and quickly began to shuffle them in his hands at super speed. He then handed them to her with a smile.
"So what ya say magical mamacita, wanna shift your magic into overdrive?"

Zatanna watched the boy as he checked her out and she was not amused, yet her cheeks were a slight color of red. As the speedster kissed her cheek she had reached up to slap him but he was already gone and she blinked, putting her hand down she looked at him. When the speedster started to talk she listened. Letting everything he said seep in to her mind, So the man was from the future and he was related to Flash. The part about a mission striked her interest. As she was going to speak Bart pulled out a journal and wrote in it. She looked at it but didn't really pay attention to anything in it or on it.
The speedster started to talk about how he got his powers and Zatanna listened, It was interesting that a lighting strike sent him back so far, she had never herd of that before. "Its ok Speedster, I understand My shows can be a bit staged." When he spoke about having someone to slow down for, she blushed. Alright this speedster was starting to rub off on her and she kinda liked it. It had bee a while since she had gone out to dinner with someone. When the man rushed over and kissed her head she blushed harder. "you gotta stop doing that, yes its cute but you shouldn't kiss people anywhere when you just met them...again." She then listend to him talk about him taking her out and how she couldn't tell Berry about him and she nodded.
When he called her a nick name that won the situation for the man. She had to admit that was the first time she herd that name and man did she like it. With out a word she opened a portal and took the boys hand and led him though the portal and the two were in the limo that waited outside for the woman. Soon the Limo drove away and the people outside of the theater looked confused but shrugged it off. "Where to Speedy?" Zatanna crossed her legs and looked at the boy.
