Physical description: Bart Stands at a tall 5'11 and weighs a slim 175 lbs. He has messy curly brown hair. He also has light brown eyes like melted chocolate. For a hero costume He wears bright red jeans with a red belt, a red and yellow hoodie with cut off sleeves with a yellow lightning bolt on the back, a long sleeve red shirt and red sunglasses with red sneakers and red wristbands. When not doing hero work he changes hoodies, changes into a short sleeve shirt and loses the glasses. He constantly has a smile on his face unless the situation really calls for it.

Personality: Bart Allen is very much a clown at heart. He is the clown who wants to be taken seriously. Bart Allen loves a good time with his friends and loves a good party. Bart doesn't like to be bored or stick around in the same place for too long but at the same time he wishes more then anything to feel like he belongs somewhere and has somewhere to run home too at the end of the day. Bart sometimes gets jealous of people who have big families. The reason for this is because even though he has a big family, he is not allowed to go visit them because he is from the future and hasn't been born yet. This breaks his heart but he knows it's truly for the best. He is also a massive flirt, especially with girls with nice legs and chests. Very few things upset Bart, one of those things is when he runs out of energy from lack of food. Another is having to sleep outside because he feels helpless.
Bart has one big dream. He dreams of one day taking the mantle of kid flash and then of the flash himself. This dream drives him to keep doing good. He also dreams of meeting all of the big names in heroism from his time, back in their prime. Bart dreams big and he will run the earth one thousand times over to achieve his goals. He hopes that soon he can meet the flash family and join them as an official member of the scarlet speedsters of legend.
Powers/Skills/Abilities:
[*] Super Stamina:Bart can run and exercise for a very long periods of time without getting too tired. However, this endurance is far from unlimited, and running too long can overtax his body to the extent of nosebleeds. His durability is enhanced, but he's still as vulnerable to common weapons, such as tasers and side arms, as an non-powered human.
[*]Intangibility: Bart can move fast enough to pass through solid objects.
[*]Super metabolism: Bart can consume vast quantities of food without gaining weight. This is because he burns off the food considerably faster than normal people due to the speed he runs, meaning he also needs to eat and drink more than other people to keep himself from being fatigued.[/list]

Although Bart is a metahuman and can run at incredible speeds, he isn't invincible as he doesn't possess any invulnerability and can be hurt by humans, tasers, and electrocution. When he uses his ability too long, his nose begins to bleed and when he is severely depleted of energy and is unable to use his super speed.
He is also shown to have a supercharged metabolism that requires an abnormally high caloric intake. If he runs too fast, he will be absorbed by the "Black Flash" which is like the debt collector of the speed force which absorbs speedsters metabolisms.
History: Bart Allen was born to Melonie Thawne and Don Allen. He is the grandson to the second Flash Barry Allen, the great grandson of the first Flash Jay Garrick and the cousin of Kid Flash Wally West. Bart was born in the 31st century. The first 15 years of his life were normal in the future with his parents. He went to school, hung out with friends, spent time with his speedster relatives flying around with a jet pack. When he turned 15 Bart was struck by a bolt of lightning. This bolt of lightning, just like the speedsters before him had given him a connection to the speed force and with it, incredible powers. The downside to this was that the bolt of lightning gave him amesia and sent him back to the year 2004. For the next year, Bart got by by stealing and doing odd jobs for people using his super speed.
One day while running, Bart saw a bright flash of light and his memory returned to him. He remembered who he was, where and when he was from and who he was related to. This made him so happy but also sad at the same time. Even though he knew who his family was, he couldn't go and see them. He hadn't been born yet so going and seeing his family would mess up the time stream. All Bart could do was run around the world and wait for things to be set in motion. Once 2012 hit and the rumors of Batman began, Bart knew it was safe to make his presence known. He got himself a makeshift costume and took the name Impulse. He ran around Gotham in secret stopping things like bank robberies, car jackings and purse snatching and the like until 2014. That's when Bart heard rumors of more serious threats beginning and more heroes appear. Bart had had enough of sitting on the side lines. It was time to make himself known. It was time for the era of Impulse!
Bart still had to be careful. He couldn't risk the flash knowing of him yet, he couldn't interfere with massive historical events but most of all he had to make sure Iris Allen stayed alive to give birth to his father or he would never be born. While going around stopping crimes he made sure to make people see the red streak that he left behind. He was so excited to meet the Justice league as it was formed. He also wanted to meet all the sexy babe heroes while they were still young and as long as he was careful maybe date one. Now that the game had started, Impulse was ready to be a major player any way he could.
Roleplay sample: Ahh time with his lady, nothing relaxed Adam more then spending time with Fire. She was the one person who relaxed him. After his near panic attack in his cabin with his sister Olivia, Adam decided that he needed some serious girlfriend time. After a small training session he went back to his cabin and changed into his purple swim trunks and put on his camp T-shirt and then went over to the mess hall and packed a picnic basket with various foods like a salad, a couple slices of cheese pizza, a few pepsi's from his cabin and a couple hershey bars after making sure he had his towel with him and then told a Saytre to have Fire meet him at the lake. He himself then headed down to the lake and found a nice shade filled spot since the sun was really hot today since it was close to noon. He began to unpack the picnic hoping Fire would like the spread and the surprise. He blushed and looked at his shirt and slowly took his shirt off showing his torso along with all of the pale scars and small burn marks covering it.
"I really hope she doesn't freak out and leave because of my scars. I really really hope this goes well. I love her and am so glad i found her."
After a bit, Adam smiled as he saw Fire walking her way down. She looked completly stunning! She was in a bikini that had a mini-skirt on it! Adam just stood up and waved at her blushing and blushed even harder when he realized how much more beautiful she would look in all of her true blue glory once they were in the water. He smiled as she got close enough to hug and then did hug her and kissed her softly wrapping an arm around her waist nervously gulping. He then sat back down in front of the food getting out some plates.
"I glad you came. I have been so excited to see you again Fire. I brought us a bunch of food and I was thinking we could go for a swim together and..if ya wanted I could give you a shoulder massage. I really wouldn't mind at all."
Adam blushed and got himself a slice of pizza and put it on the plate and ate shyly making sure he wasn't making a completly fool out of himself. This woman was dating him and he wanted to make sure that she kept doing such a thing. He just smiled still blushing shirtless in front of her.
"So what have you been up to sweetie?"
